    Moving within Dubai is different from other emirates. The Marina, Downtown and Business Bay tower moves require service-lift reservations a few days beforehand. The gated villa communities, Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Al Barari, need permits to be issued by Nakheel, Emaar or the community management. The Dubai RTA road-timing restrictions on the Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, Emirates Road and most residential areas are bound by commercial trucks. Move-in and move-out forms, security deposits and evidence of moving-company insurance are frequently required before crews can access the lift.

    Tower Access and Service Lifts

    Dubai towers need service-lift reservations 2–5 days prior to the relocation. Marina, Downtown, Business Bay and JLT buildings have designated booking processes and authorized move time, which is usually 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, working days, and different on weekends. E-House Movers makes your building management to book in as part of the move plan.

    Gated Community Permits

    Dubai villa communities must be entered with community management permission. E-House submits permit applications for:

    Dubai RTA Commercial Vehicle Timings

    Building Management Forms

    In most of the Dubai towers, a move-in or move-out form, a security deposit and evidence of moving-company insurance is required before a crew can enter the property. E-House also takes care of the building paperwork, offers insurance documentation and coordinates the security clearance, all at the quoted price.
