A move coordinator visits the property within 20 minutes of booking to assess volume, access conditions, and special items.
02 · Written Quote
An itemised written quote is issued within 20 minutes of the survey, covering crew size, truck type, packing materials, and total cost with no hidden fees.
03 · Packing Day
A trained packing crew wraps, labels, and inventories all items using reinforced cartons, bubble wrap, and edge guards on the scheduled packing date.
04 · Transport
A GPS-tracked vehicle delivers all items to the new address on the confirmed move date, with real-time tracking available to the client.
05 · Setup
The crew reassembles furniture, places items in designated rooms, and removes packing debris before signing off the completed move.

What services do you offer?
E-House Movers offers a full-service package that includes professional packing, loading, transport, unloading and unpacking. Optional add-ons include furniture assembly, appliance handling, transit insurance and short-term or long-term self storage.
How do I get a quote for my move?
Share your moving locations, preferred date and a list of items with our team. We will review your requirements and provide an initial estimate as soon as possible, followed by a detailed written quote after the survey.
Do you include packing materials, or do I need to get them separately?
Yes. Reinforced cartons, bubble wrap, packing paper, foam and tape are included in every packing package. If you prefer to pack yourself, we can deliver packing materials to your address ahead of the move.
Can I change or cancel my move date?
Yes, you can request a date change or cancellation by contacting us as early as possible. Any applicable charges will depend on the notice period and the booking terms confirmed with you.
Is my move insured in case of damage?
Insurance options depend on the selected service and the declared value of your belongings. Before booking, our team will explain the available coverage, exclusions and claim process so you can choose the right protection.
Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes, we have a skilful group of members who can dismantle beds, wardrobes, kitchen units and put everything together at your new address. We also assist in installations such as curtains, wall shelves and TV.
Do you offer weekend or holiday moving?
Yes, we work evenings, weekends and public holidays in flexible scheduling. In order to get your slot on the day, you may want to reserve at least two weeks ahead of cases where you want to come during peak times.
