What services do you offer?
E-House Movers offers a full-service package that includes professional packing, loading, transport, unloading and unpacking. Optional add-ons include furniture assembly, appliance handling, transit insurance and short-term or long-term self storage.

How do I get a quote for my move?
It is possible to book an in-home or video survey with us online or at the call centre. We measure the amount of household goods, the distances, stairs/lifts and special services requirements. After it is reviewed, we give you an open estimate in detail of our work with no hidden costs.

Do you include packing materials, or do I need to get them separately?
Yes. Reinforced cartons, bubble wrap, packing paper, foam and tape are included in every packing package. If you prefer to pack yourself, we can deliver packing materials to your address ahead of the move.

Can I change or cancel my move date?
Yes, you may change your reservation or cancel it. It is better to notify us in advance. The shifts that occur more than 10 days in advance are usually free; the late beats would be charged a percentage fee, depending on the time of cancellation of the shifts.

Is my move insured in case of damage?
Absolutely. We provide full transit cover as well as optional white-glove insurance of high-value or delicate goods. In the unlikely event of us causing any damages, then we will fix or replace up to the cover value agreed.

Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes, we have a skilful group of members who can dismantle beds, wardrobes, kitchen units and put everything together at your new address. We also assist in installations such as curtains, wall shelves and TV.

Do you offer weekend or holiday moving?
Yes, we work evenings, weekends and public holidays in flexible scheduling. In order to get your slot on the day, you may want to reserve at least two weeks ahead of cases where you want to come during peak times.
