Shoreline
Shoreline Apartments is a 20-building complex along the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. Moves usually require a Nakheel move-in or move-out permit, service lift coordination, and building access approval before the moving team arrives. Nakheel recommends submitting move permit requests 3 to 4 working days before the move, but we advise clients to start at least 5 working days ahead to avoid lift-slot or security delays.
Golden Mile
Golden Mile is a busy residential complex on the western trunk of Palm Jumeirah, with interconnected buildings, retail space, offices, and basement parking. Because move slots can become limited near month-end, Golden Mile clients should book earlier than standard apartment moves. We recommend 7 to 10 days' notice for normal dates and around 14 days for month-end moves.
Garden Homes
Garden Homes are villa properties located across Palm Jumeirah's private frond communities. These moves are usually easier for loading because villas allow ground-level access, but truck entry, security approval, and frond access still need to be planned in advance. Vehicle size, frond distance, parking space, and access timing should be checked before move day.
Signature Villas
Signature Villas usually require the most careful planning because they are larger, often hold high-value furniture and fragile items, and may be located farther along the fronds. Every Signature Villa move should include a pre-move survey, access check, packing plan, and senior move coordinator.
Crescent
The Crescent is separate from the trunk and frond areas and is accessed through the Palm's outer arc. Moves to Crescent properties, such as Atlantis The Royal Residences, normally require coordination with the specific building, hotel residence, or community security team. Do not group Tiara Residences or One Palm under the Crescent — both are trunk-side properties.
Three Clearances Required Before Move Day
No NOC, No Entry
The Nakheel community permit is a move authorisation issued by Nakheel Community Management. It requires the truck's plate number, the moving company's trade licence, the move date, and the destination unit address. Without it, Palm Gateway security will not allow the vehicle through.
The application is submitted by the resident through the Nakheel Community Management portal or by calling 800-62543, using your Emirates ID and tenancy contract. We prepare all required documentation on our end — trade licence, truck details, and move schedule — and guide you through the submission process step by step. Allow at least five working days before your move date so there is time to resolve any errors before the permit is needed.
Fronds Require Gate Registration
Vehicles entering a frond must be registered with that frond's security gate in advance. The truck plate number and crew details are submitted to frond security before move day — separate from the community permit process at Palm Gateway. We handle this registration as part of every Garden Home and Signature Villa booking.
Crescent Has Its Own Checkpoint
The Crescent operates through its own security checkpoint, independent from Palm Gateway. Residential units at Atlantis The Royal Residences and other Crescent developments require advance vehicle registration with Crescent security before move day — a separate process from the main community permit. We manage this independently for all Crescent address bookings.
