    Golden Mile

    Book Early

    Golden Mile is a busy residential complex on the western trunk of Palm Jumeirah, with interconnected buildings, retail space, offices, and basement parking. Because move slots can become limited near month-end, Golden Mile clients should book earlier than standard apartment moves.     No NOC, No Entry

    The Nakheel community permit is a move authorisation issued by Nakheel Community Management. It requires the truck's plate number, the moving company's trade licence, the move date, and the destination unit address. Without it, Palm Gateway security will not allow the vehicle through.

    The application is submitted by the resident through the Nakheel Community Management portal or by calling 800-62543, using your Emirates ID and tenancy contract. We prepare all required documentation on our end — trade licence, truck details, and move schedule — and guide you through the submission process step by step. Allow at least five working days before your move date so there is time to resolve any errors before the permit is needed.

    Fronds Require Gate Registration

    Vehicles entering a frond must be registered with that frond's security gate in advance.     The Crescent operates through its own security checkpoint, independent from Palm Gateway. Residential units at Atlantis The Royal Residences and other Crescent developments require advance vehicle registration with Crescent security before move day — a separate process from the main community permit.
