These quality management practices are defined by the Group management and executed by branch managers. To guarantee ongoing enhancement of our services, we utilize quality indicators, management reviews, and both corrective and preventive measures as internal tools.
We routinely perform internal quality reviews. These reviews encompass all activities related to the management of the quality system. Internal reviews are carried out by the qualified Quality Manager of EHOUSEMOVERS, or a member of our independent and qualified auditing team. The Quality Manager and the audit team are responsible for the follow-up on corrective actions and the finalization of internal reviews. Findings are consistently examined by management.
