  • Service Data: Pickup/drop-off addresses, moving dates, and service types (e.g., Villa or Office relocation).
  • Precise Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect your device’s location to coordinate moves, provide accurate ETAs, and track service progress. You can enable or disable this via your device settings.
  • Usage & Technical Data: IP address, device model, OS version, and crash reports (collected via third-party tools like Firebase).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to facilitate moving services, process payments, provide customer support, and send service-related notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted cloud servers (Vercel/AWS). We implement industry-standard SSL encryption and access controls to protect your information.

4. Account and Data Deletion (Mandatory Disclosure)

We provide users with full control over their data.

  • In-App Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time by navigating to Settings > Delete Account within the App.
  • Web Request: You may also request data deletion by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Effect of Deletion: Upon deletion, your profile, booking history, and contact details will be permanently removed from our active databases, except where retention is required by UAE law (e.g., for tax or audit purposes).

5. Third-Party Sharing

We share necessary information (like your address and phone number) with our authorized moving teams and logistics partners to complete your requested service. We also use secure payment processors to handle transactions.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

2. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the EHouse Movers App. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

EHouse Movers provides a digital platform to book professional moving and packing services within the UAE. We act as the service provider and coordinator for these tasks.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Account Termination: You have the right to delete your account at any time via the in-app deletion feature. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide fraudulent information.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Confirmations: A booking is only considered “Confirmed” once it appears as such in the App.
  • Pricing: Estimated costs are provided based on the information you enter. Final costs may vary if the actual volume of goods or service requirements differ from the initial request.
  • Payments: All payments must be settled according to the method selected in the App (Online Payment or Cash/Card on delivery).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel bookings through the App.
  • Cancellations made within [X] hours of the scheduled move time may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover operational and mobilization costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • EHouse Movers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or building access restrictions.
  • Users must declare high-value or fragile items (jewelry, cash, electronics) before the move begins. Our liability for damaged items is limited to the terms of our service insurance policy and must be reported immediately upon completion of the move.

6. App Store & Google Play Terms

These Terms are between you and EHouse Movers LLC only. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the App or the services provided. Your use of the App must also comply with the respective App Store and Play Store Terms of Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
